Location, facilities, stock going up, free pop.
Experience largely depends on the team. On my team, there was lots of pressure. Overtime, even overnight, was expected and implied.
People were treated like slaves. Morale was very low. Many members of the team were H1Bs who had no choice but to shut up and work. Management did not seem to care about the work-life balance of its employees.
Treat your employees better.
