- Colleagues are, in general, friendly and capable.

Too much politics, too complicated hierarchical system. If any delivery is shared by more than two teams, it's hard to push the other team if they are under a different VP.

Recent exodus of young engineers (staff/senior engineer level). Morale is low.

If you are working with customers, the hours are long (conference calls in the evening) and it can be very stressful.

No good growth opportunities for young engineers.
