Multiple people will interview you one-on-one. It is a grilling procedure, and then they decide the outcome. Only if you are good will you get in.

6 rounds of interviews. Overall, the interview was good but lengthy. The overall experience was tiring and rigorous. The outcome was a successful result: I got hired and was offered a good package with relocation benefits.

The interview was telephonic and on-site. I had a telephonic interview of nearly three hours with five people. Each person conducted an interview for 30 minutes, mostly technical with a few general questions. It was a very lengthy process.
