Not a lot of innovative work.
Hard to find career advancement opportunities. For example, if you want to switch from engineering to product management.
Work-life balance may not be possible in some groups.
Salary is not great.
Cut fat in some of the areas. Turn around, BREW. Bring in outside management at the top level and focus on software quality. Pay better.
