First, we had a phone interview. After passing the phone interview, you are invited to come to campus for an interview. The campus interview happens over the course of a day and involves being interviewed by 10 people. Sometimes, two people interview you at the same time. They ask specific questions about protocols, experience, coding, and your problem-solving skills.

Protocol questions mostly focus on 3GPP standards, as CDMA is Qualcomm-specific. Problem-solving questions can be difficult, but you are not expected to answer them completely. There is no right or wrong answer.
