After I responded, he said that I did not meet the minimum GPA requirement.
How is GPA relevant for anyone who isn't fresh out of college?

Cons: I have been at the company longer than 80% of the company, and I can say that Qualtrics has gone downhill. Pay, promotion opportunity, WLB, and just quality of projects are all very poor here in 2024.
