The interviewers were all friendly and great, but the recruiting side was less than smooth. Mistakes were made at every possible step. My recruiter ignored and/or misread my emails, messed up interview scheduling, didn't set me up for the reimbursement process, onsite logistics, and offer details – you get the idea. My recruiter also couldn't answer basic questions about the equity being offered, which is rather surprising considering equity is a huge part of compensation from a pre-IPO company.
