The interview consisted of an initial coding assessment, followed by two more coding assessments. The last assessment was the most difficult. The last stage was an interview with a manager and senior software developer.

The interview process was fine. They advertised their TACOS values, then proceeded to ghost me after my last interview and didn't respond back to an email. So they don't really seem to employ those values.
