Two phone interviews and a final video interview.

In each interview, I coded up solutions to coding questions on online code-share software.

Interviewers were nice to talk to, asked reasonable questions, and worked along to figure out small typos and bugs.

Pros: Great flexibility and benefits, and still some great people here to learn from. Great office spaces. The engineering culture is founded on great ex-Google principles.

Cons: Private equity is squeezing the life out of the company bit by bit. A huge amount of senior management churn can only mean a fast track towards the company losing its identity.

Pros: Great flexibility and benefits, and still some great people here to learn from. Great office spaces. The engineering culture is founded on great ex-Google principles.

Cons: Private equity is squeezing the life out of the company bit by bit. A huge amount of senior management churn can only mean a fast track towards the company losing its identity.

Not what it once was

Solutions Architect • Former Employee

Pros: The people I worked with on a daily basis were great, and the benefits were solid.

Cons: Company isn't what it once was. Ever since COVID it's been heading downhill. Opportunities for growth are now severely limited. There have been 3 rounds of layoffs in the last 18 months. Silver Lake is squeezing every penny they can out of the company currently. Morale is low across the board for those that remain.

Cons: Company isn't what it once was. Ever since COVID it's been heading downhill. Opportunities for growth are now severely limited. There have been 3 rounds of layoffs in the last 18 months. Silver Lake is squeezing every penny they can out of the company currently. Morale is low across the board for those that remain.
