Applied online. HR asked simple resume questions and set up a Google Talk phone interview for me.

The first round was a phone interview, and it was great! They asked simple coding questions.

The second round was onsite. I met with three people, and each one asked a coding question. It wasn't hard.

The third round was with the head of the technical person. They asked a system design question, which was much more difficult. If you don't have such experiences, it's not easy to answer their questions.

Later on, I found the last interviewer went to another company.
