Was reached out to after a hackathon. Scheduled a 1-hour technical phone interview with behavioral questions (they really wanted STAR method) and then a coding question. This was done on a collaborative text editor with syntax highlighting but without a console/terminal. Heard back within the next week that it wasn't a good fit.
