The initial interviewing process was great. I really thought I was off to a great start. After haven't heard any response from the recruiter following the initial phone screen, I can certainly tell that I did really well on it, as I was well prepared. It looks like they had a hiring freeze or some sort of slowdown. It was easily one of my best interviews. It sucks that it resulted in no response, despite the interview sounding very positive and the interviewer seeming happy with my answers to the questions.
