Pros

Nothing to say here seriously.

Cons

There is no clarity on company direction, organizational structure, or priorities. Company-wide town halls talk about themes that 7000 employees don't recognize from their own work, and the messaging is disconnected from reality. Newly hired external executives work remotely from home while employees are expected in the office, which widens the gap between leadership and everyone else. There have been no promotions and no pay raises, and the employees are leaving and getting promoted quickly elsewhere. Attrition and the lack of direction point to an executive failure that needs to be addressed aggressively.

Advice to Management

Aggressively cut executives if results are not seen in 30 days. Fat executive paychecks are creating more losses. You need a formal PIP plan for executives.
