Good in-office experience. Most benefits are great.
Leadership has gone downhill. Disrespectful layoff experience. No real training or tuition budget. The company no longer follows its culture or values, and has changed a lot since I was hired.
Go back to your TACOS values. Have managers give real feedback to employees. It seems like managers who don’t go through the leadership training anymore.
