There were three phases:
- Online coding assessment
- In-person technical interview
- In-person technical interview
Both in-person interviews were with current software engineers at Qualtrics. The entire process took three weeks. The interviews were held over Zoom with cameras turned off.

Pros: The office is nice, and most lower-level managers are great.
Cons: Company morale went from 100 to 0 in 2023 because of bad decisions by upper management. A lot of the best people left. Teams were broken up and sent overseas, and things are falling apart.
