Process
I attended a campus recruiting event and secured an on-campus interview. After passing that stage, I was invited for four more interviews on-site.
The Quora team was friendly, and there were tasty beverages available.
The on-campus interview had about five questions, and they were all quite short. The on-site interviews were significantly more challenging, featuring a mix of algorithmic and practical coding questions. I found these interviews to be even harder than those at Google.
After the interviews, they offered me feedback on my performance, which was a very welcome gesture from a software company.
