In total, it would have been seven hours of interviews, with about four and a half dedicated to coding. None of it was directly relevant to the role.
The specific project sounded interesting at first, but it came across as completely mismanaged with very little developer autonomy. Basically, red flags were going off with everything they said, pitched, or questions I asked.
If that wasn't enough, it was clear that nobody I had talked to had looked at my resume until I was on the call.
Save your time and don't waste a full workday to interview with a company like this. You're better than that.
