The interview process was quick and there were a total of 3 rounds, two of which were pretty technical. None of the interviewers were talking about the benefits, their work culture, or other pros that would make me want to join them, which seemed like a red flag.
The offer I finally received was really lowballed, and they obviously try to hire desperate people who want to move to Japan with a minimum salary.
