Cons: No job security. They will [fire you] at any time.

Pros: Japanese teams are highly cooperative. They are very process-oriented. There is an open culture in both Bangalore and Japan teams. I got to learn lots of new technologies being in the development team. My team lead was very good on the mobile technology stack.

Cons: All of top management is new here. Lacks ethics and integrity. My manager told me they are forcing people to write good reviews online. For every negative review, you will see three to four positive reviews that are coming in. No long-term thinking. They hire people and then think where to make them work. Much of the new staff is being pulled in from the new management's older companies due to layoffs or company closures.

Pros: Great work-life balance and ample learning opportunities.

Cons: The projects move slowly. More time is needed in order to create impact.
