- Some (very little) stock options and equity
- Nothing much more.
Cons: Extreme, extreme, extreme bureaucracy.
The US Team makes no decisions whatsoever. It goes through a bureaucratic process that takes months.
Only people from India can thrive. If you are not from India, they get rid of you. Racism.
