I was contacted by the recruitment team. The first two rounds were technical telephonic rounds. The questions covered core Java basics, data structures, and REST API implementations.
Then they informed me I had cleared and asked me to come for an F2F interview.
I went to the WTC office of Rakuten. The first round was again technical, where I was asked to solve an array rotation on paper, then some scenario-based questions.
The next round was a techno-managerial round where they asked about caching techniques, logging, and all.
They informed me I had cleared all the rounds and the next day asked me to share all previous company offer and salary documents and asked my convenient time for a Skype HR interview.
Then there was no reply. When I called back, they told me the position is on hold now.
I attended the interview on Tuesday, they took my documents on Wednesday at 12 PM, and by Wednesday at 2 PM, the position went on hold.
Such a waste of time. I truly advise please stay away from these people. They conduct interviews just to waste our time.
