Senior Software Engineer Interview Experience - Tokyo
Process
Phone interview, then a code test on Codility.com (1 task for 1 hour) with a 1-week deadline.
With technical questions, they require you to use previous experience and projects as examples.
The whole process will likely take place by PC or Skype, and you will not have to travel.
There may also be a video interview.
Your video interview will consist of a set of prerecorded questions for you to answer using your computer webcam and microphone (not mobile phone).
If you are successful, you will be invited for a face-to-face or a Skype interview.
