Chill work, nice culture, support.
No such cons, as per now.
3 rounds OA - easier than most companies. Onsite Engineering round - Easy LeetCode problem, question about your experiences. Onsite final round - Usually with senior managers of the company, felt more like a discussion than an interview, asked for
Superday style interview. The final round is a behavioral interview with a senior manager. Talk about school/internship history, expectations, and hypothetical situations. The senior manager was friendly and easy to talk to, creating a good vibe.
It was an on-campus hiring, so there were only three rounds. These were: * An online assessment, which included two coding questions (one a normal string question and the other a segment tree) * A technical interview * An HR round
