Please hire knowledgeable and professional managers who have the capability to handle resources and do not micromanage all the time. The managers in the Rakuten Mobile Department are from Nokia, and they don't have basic skills; rather, they abuse their engineers. When I was here, my manager (who came from Nokia and now works in Ericsson) used to abuse his team daily in a quite aggressive tone. None of the managers are helpful here. Also, HR will try to offer less salary during onboarding. The managers can call anyone and ask them to log in even after their shift timings, and we were doing overtime for 3-4 hours daily.
