There will be two rounds of telephonic interviews, but these people are not at all interested in hiring anyone. They merely ask a few questions on data structures and then hang up. The second round will be a Skype interview with the manager. Don't expect much technical content here. It's a casual round to discuss your work experience et al. I would suggest everyone not to waste their time attending interviews here as they don't hire anyone. It is just for the sake of filling in their appraisal forms that they claim they are interviewing people.
