Japan Ichiba asked every regular employee to be on call for emergency matters. If you get alert emails, you have to respond and cope with them in a timely manner. To make matters worse, they didn't mention any single word regarding "on-call duty" in the offer letter (not to mention the poor salary).

It is hardly possible to use any new technology at Japan Ichiba. You couldn't get a budget if it can't make money (no budget, no work).
