Several types of task and projects to work on:
- Frontend
- Backend
- CI/CD
- Batch jobs
- DB pipelines
- Mobile apps
Depending on teams, can rub off from skilled people surrounding.
Easily be doing overtime to complete all tasks.
Goals setting and HR targets may not be of your interest.
Task assignment is not as organized.
Expected to do anything thrown at you, even if it's a new language.
