An internal recruiter reached out to me, and we set up a 15-minute screening call. Most of his questions were based around how I use AI. I've been doing AI-assisted development since 2024 with Copilot, Cursor, and Claude, but I guess it wasn't enough because I didn't move on to the next round.

Pros: Everyone's super smart and also humble and friendly. Everyone's top of their game and highly driven, so you gotta work hard. The company's also growing crazy fast, and it's an exciting time right now. Leadership is also very accessible.
Cons: I can't really think of any. Sometimes I work ~50 hours a week, but nothing crazy.
