Applied online and connected with a recruiter shortly after. After the intro call, I did an initial tech screen, which was pretty straightforward (no LeetCode). However, I didn't get past that round (probably took too long and I didn't make sure to think through production-readiness/extensibility, but the recruiter didn't offer any specifics on this).
