Pros: Having been here the last two years, I think the engineering culture here is wonderful -- very builder oriented, with no EMs hired externally, and a humble, ambitious leadership team, interesting technical problems, and tons of growth opportunities. Peers are inspiring and customers really love the product.

Cons: The mission is simple – to save our customers time and money – and though it is pure for a B2B company, it is ultimately about automating financial operations, which can at times feel less than inspiring. Though all the pros (amazing growth, culture, peers, and work) feel like they heavily outweigh this.

Pros: - Lots of ownership - Forefront of AI - Smart coworkers

Cons: - It is definitely fast. - It can get stressful. - Finance is not the most rewarding of domains.

Pros: Working with the best engineering talent in the world. Fully remote. You have a lot of ownership of your work. You can propose things that will actually get built. People are nice in general. Salary is competitive.

Cons: Work can be demanding. Still a startup that requires a lot of work, and the bar might be too high all the time.
