Process
I had an initial phone screen for a full-stack engineering role. I learned a lot about the company, and the recruiter gave me plenty of time to showcase my skills. We discussed the teams I could work with. I was then given a technical challenge over email. It was a set of capture-the-flag-style questions, which took me about 35 minutes to solve. Ultimately, they decided not to move forward, but did not share any specific reasons.
