1. No code screener, straight to intro recruiter call.
2. Phone screen with an engineer.
3. Onsite with two engineers and the hiring manager.

I signed an NDA, so I can't post questions, but they weren't LeetCode. They were practical coding problems with questions to see if you understand what's going on at a deeper level. If you've done day-to-day tasks at a startup, you should be able to handle them.

The interviewers were friendly and professional; one was a bit quiet but not rude at all. I received an offer a few days after the onsite.
