I applied online through their career site and immediately received a CodeSignal OA. The assessment wasn't too long or difficult; I submitted it with a 100% pass and received an automated rejection email the next day.
Automatically responding to applications with online assessments, and asking candidates to spend approximately one hour of their time on software engineering trivia without getting a chance to speak to a human, is a very poor interview experience.
My advice: At least give the candidates you want a recruiter call so they can learn about the company and position. Respect their time.
I wouldn't recommend applying here.
