Pros: Fun environment, nice coworkers, and a decent future.

Cons: Long hours required. Fast-paced.

Pros: People are great. My team is some of the best engineers that i've had the pleasure of working with.

Cons: Engineering management is mostly individual contributors doing double duty. This is ideal if you like low involvement management and a relatively flat org chart. Not great if you want dedicated career, and not technical, mentoring and soft skill development.

Pros: Ramp.com offers a dynamic and fast-paced environment that is ideal for engineers who thrive on ownership and impact. The engineering culture emphasizes autonomy, clean architecture, and a strong focus on product quality, making it a great place to grow technically while shipping meaningful features. Collaboration between teams is smooth, with PMs and designers highly engaged and receptive to feedback. Leadership is transparent and approachable, and there is a genuine push for continuous improvement and performance. Overall, it is a rewarding place for driven engineers who want to build at scale.

Cons: The only drawback is that the speed of execution can sometimes lead to unclear prioritization, which might feel overwhelming during busy cycles.
