Process
I was immediately sent a coding challenge to complete asynchronously, before speaking with anyone.
This coding challenge was fairly easy and reported my score back to me, which was then sent to the hiring team.
After receiving a perfect score, I got a generic, no-reply rejection a few days later.
This was insulting. I believe it would be a much better process to review (or have AI filter) resumes prior to wasting people's time with a coding challenge.
