Process
Wastage of time.
I had appeared for 4 rounds:
- 2 rounds telephonic
- 2 rounds face to face.
First, one of the reviews is very true. They want to reject candidates than to select them.
Unnecessary lengthy process and not clear about the questions they ask to candidates.
I will suggest keeping distance from their process and preparing for some other professional organization.

Basic problems around sorting and linked lists in the first round.

Don't join the Turbo SDK team

Pros: Well-funded company, no layoffs even during a bad market. Good work and management in teams other than Turbo.
Cons: First of all, they partnered with Axis Bank for this Turbo SDK, which has resulted in a very bad product. The manager left the company, and they have put someone new to manage the team. Every engineer in the team is exhausted and fed up with this decision. Now, the stand-up calls include only insulting the engineers with a few status updates. But apparently, no one from higher management cares. So, if you get a job offer for the Turbo team, run away as fast as you can. Razorpay's culture is very good, but that culture does not apply to the Turbo team. That's why I left the company the minute I got another offer.

Work culture sucks; the middle manager layer is the worst

Pros: I had it when it had WFH, so that was better. But now it's WFH, so I guess it sucks more now.
Cons: 1. Work culture is toxic.
2. There are old employees. There are no opportunities for anyone joining new.
3. After working 2 years and delivering "exceptionally well", you can't expect a promotion.

Pros: Great company to work for. Good learning curve. Good salary.
Cons: Fewer options to choose from works.
