Well-funded company, no layoffs even during a bad market. Good work and management in teams other than Turbo.
First of all, they partnered with Axis Bank for this Turbo SDK, which has resulted in a very bad product. The manager left the company, and they have put someone new to manage the team. Every engineer in the team is exhausted and fed up with this decision. Now, the stand-up calls include only insulting the engineers with a few status updates. But apparently, no one from higher management cares. So, if you get a job offer for the Turbo team, run away as fast as you can. Razorpay's culture is very good, but that culture does not apply to the Turbo team. That's why I left the company the minute I got another offer.
Set a good vision for the Turbo SDK. Bring in a good manager for the team who knows the Razorpay culture.
I got into the DSA round for 45 minutes and was joined by a senior developer from the company itself. I was first asked for a brief introduction, and then I was asked to code on Google Docs on a problem somewhat similar to "Two Sum" on LeetCode. I
Wastage of time. I had appeared for 4 rounds: * 2 rounds telephonic * 2 rounds face to face. First, one of the reviews is very true. They want to reject candidates than to select them. Unnecessary lengthy process and not clear about the questions
The interviewer was very soft in nature. They made you feel comfortable before starting the interview. It was one of the best interviewers I have ever had. The questions asked required a good amount of critical thinking to solve them.
