After my profile was shortlisted, I had 4 rounds of interview. The recruiter did a great job fast-tracking my process, and the entire process was completed in 2 weeks.
First round was a technical deep dive where I was asked about my past experiences and projects. The questions were all related to my past projects.
Second round was an online coding round where I was given two problems to solve in 1.5 hours. The interviewer was helpful and assisted me when I was stuck.
Third round was supposed to be a technical interview, but it turned out to be another coding round where I had to make a web app based on the problem statement given.
Fourth round was a hiring manager round. This round was not technical and mostly focused on my past experiences and general HM round questions, like "Why do you want to join us?"
Overall, I found the interviewers to be very friendly and talented.
After all these rounds, I was given an offer proposal. The HR did not negotiate a bit, and the proposal became the final offer. Overall, I found the HR to be helpful, but salary negotiation was very difficult. Where most companies keep medical insurance out of the CTC and consider it a benefit, here it was included in the CTC, hence inflating it.
