First was a LLD round, where I was asked to implement a Rating System. Then a HLD round, in which I was asked to come up with a design for Zepto. Then a HM round.

Pros: It is still better than a lot of other places. Also, you get to work with the latest technology.
Cons: PIP culture. People are getting fired left and right.
All the good people have already left; only the people good at politics are left behind. No more good peers.
