I had a telephonic round which went well, and so I was called for an onsite interview.

There I had three rounds.

The first round was a system coding round. The questions were application-based and were really good.

The second round was design. It was a bit tough and went on for almost 2 hours. I still enjoyed the process, as it was different from the usual interviews.

The third round was with the Hiring Manager.

I waited for results but did not get any response from the HR. After almost a week, I assumed I was rejected, so I sent a mail to HR asking for feedback so that I could improve for further interviews.

She replied back saying I had one call with the VP of Eng remaining. After which, she neither scheduled any call nor did she ever get back. Highly unprofessional attitude.

I wasted an entire day without getting any response from them. The company is worth interviewing for practice, as the interviewers were really good, but do not expect any professionalism from the HR.
