They initially shortlisted me and sent me for lunch. After making me wait for 3 hours, they sent me back. Such a horrible hiring experience with Razorpay.

I had joined an organization, yet I used to get emails from a recruiter from Razorpay. Now, she is not responding to my emails or on LinkedIn. I have applied many times, and still no response.

I am taking my precious time to write this interview feedback after almost a year. I request management to build a strong recruiting team.
