They follow an old-school approach to hiring, where they ask common interview questions. If you have seen or practiced them before, you have a very good chance of getting hired.

The interview process is designed to eliminate candidates rather than select them. The HR personnel are highly unprofessional. They take candidate feedback in the end, but their only intention is to follow the procedure, not actually understand the candidate's interview experience.

The entire interview process was average, but you will be eliminated right away if you cannot answer a common, bookish interview question. It was a complete waste of time, and I would not recommend anyone to interview with Razorpay.

Cannot reveal as I am under an NDA, but practice the common algorithm and OOP design questions, and you will be good to go.
