Software Engineer Interview Experience - India

Process

First, a telephonic round. This was followed by two onsite technical rounds. There was also a hiring manager round, followed by a telephonic conversation with the director.

The experience was really disappointing and completely changed the company's image for me. Although the interview process itself is good, a few of the people I interacted with were very rude. Almost all the interviewers were late, and for both telephonic conversations, no one showed up the first time the interview was scheduled.

The HM and the director acted like they were doing you a favor by talking to you.

Questions

Basic DS algo questions. The process was more focused on system design.
