Work-life balance is the worst. You have to give an explanation for every second of your time. And the worst part, which happened to one of my teammates, is if any employee is performing less than perfectly, they push that employee into a PIP (Performance Improvement Program) and give them two months to become perfect or else they will terminate that person. I am leaving this organization now after this.
