Good employee network, growing rapidly, good pay.
Bad project allocation, lack of punctuality.
The first round was a test with 3 DSA questions and 9 objective questions. The objective questions were regarding time complexities, CPU scheduling, output of the code, etc. The second round was a virtual interview. The whole process was very smooth
It was a decent process. There were 3 rounds, and the level of questions was basic. The hiring manager round was the toughest. The HR kept communicating throughout the process. I was honestly surprised why I did not get the offer.
There was one OA, one technical, and one technolmagerial round. The rounds focused on DSA and projects, mostly DSA. Questions were medium, Striver's Sheet, I would say. You need a grasp over your projects and functionalities.
