The first round was a test with 3 DSA questions and 9 objective questions. The objective questions were regarding time complexities, CPU scheduling, output of the code, etc.
The second round was a virtual interview. The whole process was very smooth and comfortable.

Very Bad PIP Strategy to Do Layoff

Pros: There are no props I have seen here.
Cons: They are laying off people by giving them a PIP. They don't want to do open layoffs, but this strategy is the worst strategy ever.
This company sucks, really. There is a lot of politics inside the company, and upper management has no intention to manage this. From the last six months, they have mostly been laying off non-IIT people.
