Having been a tech lead at Razorpay for some time, I appreciate the company's dedication to fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. The team's camaraderie and open communication channels have made technical development more effective. While there have been occasional challenges, the managers and founders have been receptive to feedback and have shown a willingness to address concerns. The learning and development opportunities have been helpful in enhancing my skill set, and the flexible work hours have contributed to a better work-life balance. Overall, my experience at Razorpay has been largely positive.
