Pros: Red Hat is the top-rated company when it comes not only to working with the latest technology but also maintaining the best work-life balance. There is no micromanagement, and it offers the flexibility to work from home with occasional office visits.
Cons: No cons so far. Recently, they have resumed the lunch service as well in the office cafeteria.

Cons: The sales incentives team is highly incompetent. We have had multiple issues with receiving accurate commission payouts and multiple issues with nonsensical quotas.
