Process
I was contacted by a recruiter after applying for a position. The recruiter sent the initial email on a Saturday, which was a bit of a red flag for me regarding work-life balance.
After a brief conversation where the recruiter said he thought I'd be a good fit and I indicated I was interested in the position, he said he'd put me through their interview process.
Instead, he ghosted me.
Needless to say, I was not impressed.
