Chaos, oft toxische Sales Leute
I applied online. The process took four weeks. It had three stages: - First, a recruiter call lasting thirty minutes. - Then, a panel interview with two Solutions Architects. - The final interview was a panel with the hiring manager and the EMEA Man
It was an on-campus drive. The company shortlisted about 100 students based on their resume and CGPA, and then conducted the interview. It was only one round, which had all the discussion on projects, OS, DSA, etc.
There was a technical round with a peer who did seem very smart, and then a round of behavioral questions with the manager. Everything was pretty relevant to the job. No real complaints.
